Introducing Kingsland's New Depot Pavilion
The City of Kingsland is proud to announce that construction of the New City Pavilion and Parking Lot at the Kingsland Depot & Museum site is underway. The facility is located at 202 East King Avenue in Kingsland’s Downtown Historic District.
Pictured here is The Camden County High School Skills USA team, along with Carlos Jones and Carlos Jones, Jr. setting the post for the depot pavilion building on April 10, 2010. When complete, the pavilion will provide space for community events as well as rentable space for citizen and business functions.
The project is being funded by a USDA Rural Business Enterprise Grant with support from the City of Kingsland as well as community partners including East Coast Concrete, Lowe’s, Privett & Associates, PA Engineering, Seaboard Construction Company, and Dominos’ Pizza.
