Water Bill Update

Water Bill Update…

Reading cycles are normally 30 days; however, some routes may see as much as 40 to 55 days for the October bills.  The longer reading cycles are due to office closures and delays related to Hurricane Irma.  Depending on actual consumption over the longer reading period, your October bill may be higher than average. November bills will reflect a normal reading cycle and in some cases shorter cycles for those who had longer ones in October, offsetting the two bills.  We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.  Any late fees incurred through September 30, 2017 have been waived or refunded.
