City of Kingsland surplus of items will be sold by public auction using the sealed bid process.  The City will accept sealed bids for all items as one lot.

 All items offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.”  The City of Kingsland makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind.  All sales will be final.  Persons attending during inspection, sale or removal of items assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property.
